This centre is recognized as the only distant education centre in the entire Barak Valley.This centre offers different courses, which caters to the needs of the aspirants of the present generation. G C College is one of those educational institutions in the country that has the facility of distant education through EDUSAT. This facility is provided through the G C College IGNOU Study Centre which has been furnished with all necessary infrastructural and technical facilities involved in EDUSAT.
